Description: Very nice sphere of creedite crystals to 1.8 cm in length. The transparent to translucent creedite crystals exhibit partly an orange color caused by iron oxides. A few crystals show black spots due to Mn-oxide inclusions.

Description: Calcite butterfly twin with internal zonation intergrown with a broken butterfly twin on its backside. The specimen is
mounted on a wooden base. The calcite crystal is water-clear at its outer rim, the zonation is caused by growth zones and microscopically small inclusions. The twin plane of this contact twin is {0 1 –1 2}. A fine striation parallel to this twin plane is visible on the crystal faces.
