How to order:

If you wish to order or to reserve a mineral specimen please send me an Email with the specimen number, mineral name, the price, your address and phone number. I will contact you for shipping and payment details. The total cost is the indicated price + shipping + insurance. Once the payment has been received I will send you a parcel with the mineral specimen. I will also ask you whether you wish a transport insurance or not, loss or damage of the mineral specimen caused by the shipping company is not my responsibility. However I will guarantee you to pack any mineral specimen with greatest care.

Return policy:

 Generally a specimen looks different than its digital image and especially the colors may deviate from the reality. Please read for this reason carefully the mineral description, and take in consideration also the given size of the crystals and specimens. You may return a specimen within 7 days after its receipt, if it has not been damaged. After this time period the mineral specimen is considered as sold. Please send me an Email if you wish to return a specimen. I will refund your payment after receiving the specimen in its original conditions.
